Submit Future Event Information
Include the following when submitting information:
Your name and your email address.
Include the following in the message below:
1. Date(s) of the event
2. Time(s) of the event
3. Name of Event
4. Description of the event
5. Location of Event
6. Individual responsible for coordinating the event (Event Chairperson)
7. Name(s) of other individual(s) volunteering for the event and/or planning
8. Any other information that you feel should be included.
Note: Submit one event at a time. If the event is recurring, identify it as such. Before submitting an event, contact the Society president to have the event authorized. All events submitted via this contact form will be reviewed for correctness and authorization prior to being added to the Calendar of Events.
